Conveniently located almost across Bryant Park , rooms are very clean , staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast has plenty of varieties rooms are equipped with everything you need and don’t really need lol for example plenty of pans but no stove to use them on. We stayed just for two nights it wasn’t a big deal but if i stayed longer i need my room to be cleaned , however housekeeping never came on second day, glad i took my oen shampoo for the whole family otherwise 3 of us won’t be able to use 1 shampoo and 1 conditioner for 3 days. Other than that loved the hotel

Our family recently vacationed in New York City. This hotel exceeded our expectations.bExcellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Outstanding breakfast (free). Room was fine. We will definitely stay here again!

1st problem was that the staff would not let the people that came earlier than me into the room until I was present several hours later. I called Marriott multiple times and they said they had the problem fixed. She was on the reservation. “We just needed to see the persons I’d that booked the room” Also the last night we were there a couple came to the room to move into the room. I had to go down and show the staff the booking dates for the room. Also showed them all the info where it was booked and confirmed by Marriott. They finally agreed to let us stay in the room that had been confirmed in an e-mail by Marriott.

This Residence Inn was located across from Bryant Park in a lovely location that was quite walkable to many of the areas most popular attractions. Our room was quite spacious (and quiet) for a NYC hotel room. The sleeper sofa could use a refresh as it was quite squeeky and the mattress could be better, but what can you expect from a sleeper sofa. All of the staff that we encountered at the hotel were very friendly and accomodating. The only downside was the wait for the elevators at peak times, but that was a minor inconvenience compared to all of the upsides that we encountered at this hotel. We will definately stay there again when visiting New York.
